Custom Cushion of Arizona Return Policy:


Custom Cushion of Arizona does not accept returns of custom made products, if cushions are made with dimensions and materials customer has selected, we can't process a return because we can't resell custom made product. If product manufactured incorrectly, Custom Cushion of Arizona will manufacture correct product upon receiving incorrect one. Shipping cost is covered by Custom Cushion of Arizona.

Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for reworking custom placed order if customer submitted incorrect information: size, fabric type, and style etc..

Custom Cushion of Arizona doesn't return templates mailed to us, it becomes property of our company.

If customer has questions on manufactured product, he/she MUST address them within 30 calendar days. Patterns are held in our office 30 days.

Custom Cushion of Arizona doesn't replace custom made product if customer doesn't like how it feels and looks – fabric or thickness of a product. We encourage you to order fabric and foam samples to insure you want to finalize an order.
